La Casita del Pescador

Mi espacio es una antigua casita de pescadores en el barrio marítimo del Cabanyal. Se trata de un edificio de dos plantas reformado en el año 2022. Quisimos que fuera un lugar ideal en el que relajarse después de un día descubriendo esta maravillosa ciudad, sus playas, los jardines del Turia, sus museos o el fantástico centro histórico de la Ciutat Vella. Por ello elegí colores neutros y materiales naturales, e intentamos conservar el encanto de la casa original, en armonía con el barrio.

This house dates back to 1920 and is a Historic Heritage Site of the City. It consists of a ground floor, first floor, and an open attic. Located on the most emblematic and commercial street of Cabanyal (Poblados Maritimos), just a 5-minute walk from the beach and 1 minute from the tram stop that connects to the city center and the airport. A rental agreement is required, the minimum stay is 11 days, and we comply with the urban rental law, ideal for digital nomads and workers.

Neu renoviertes altes Fischerhaus in Strandnähe. Dieses zweistöckige Haus mit zwei Terrassen ist nur fünf Minuten zu Fuß vom großen Strand der Stadt entfernt. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind hervorragend: Busse und Straßenbahnen fahren in unmittelbarer Nähe vorbei. Die Anbindung an den Flughafen ist sehr gut. Ein Mietvertrag ist erforderlich, der Mindestaufenthalt ist 11 Tage (nach dem Gesetz der städtischen Mietverträge). Ideal für digitale Nomaden und Arbeiter.
