Blackwood is the perfect city retreat sleeping up to four guests amid ancient woodlands. Ideal for families or small groups, it features a spacious open-plan living and dining area that blends cosiness, charm, and comfort. Relax on the large sofa, enjoy the 75" HD TV, high-speed internet, and ample room for board games or puzzles. The Master bedroom boasts a beautiful four-poster bed, while the second bedroom offers a small double. A full kitchen and dining area with private outdoor seating.

Lynwood Studio Apartment

Lynwood Studio is a cosy, self contained studio apartment attached to the main house. It was originally a garage which has now been converted. The studio is a 10-minute walk away from Hinchley Wood Village. This includes Hinchley Wood train station where the journey to London Waterloo takes just 30 minutes. The K3 bus stop is a 5-minute walking distance from the studio, taking you directly into Kinston Upon Thames, Surbiton, Claygate and Esher. We are also a 10 minute drive to Hampton Court.

Studio, own access, self contained.

The room has it's own entrance door. It has a double Queen size bed, shower room and kitchen area (tea, coffee, cereal etc supplied) with fridge, microwave and single induction hob. There is a sofa, TV & table with two chairs. Our home is about a 15 minute walk to Claygate station. Trains direct to London Waterloo (35 mins) and Guildford. Claygate has local shops and a CoOp, several pubs and restaurants and we are close to a bus stop with a frequent bus service to Kingston for major shops.
