El apartamento cuenta con grandes ventanales por lo que es muy luminoso. Tiene un amplio salón comedor con sofá, TV y mesa de comedor; una cocina americana totalmente equipada; un dormitorio con una cama doble; y un baño completo con ducha. Tiene capacidad para 2 personas. Este apartamento no es una vivienda de uso turístico por lo que no se alquila para estancias por motivos turísticos. Se alquila únicamente para estancias temporales por motivos de trabajo, de estudios, sanitarios, etc. El inquilino deberá firmar un contrato de estancia temporal, que será facilitado antes del acceso a la vivienda. La vivienda está recientemente reformada, así que cuenta con todas las ventajas de una casa moderna y muy equipada. Se ha cuidado hasta el mínimo detalle. Durante el alquiler se tiene acceso a toda la vivienda, vais a disfrutar de todo el piso. Podéis usar la cocina para preparar vuestros platos favoritos. La cocina está muy equipada. Lo podéis usar todo. La vivienda se entrega con la ropa de cama y toallas necesarias para los inquilinos. En el cuarto de baño, encontrareis botecitos de jabón de manos, champú y gel de ducha para el primer día. No hace falta que llevéis todo esto en vuestra maleta. La vivienda cuenta, entre otros con: - calefacción - aire acondicionado - wifi - TV - cocina completa - lavadora - luz natural - ascensor en el edificio - perchas en los armarios - se entrega con ropa de cama y 2 toallas para cada inquilino además de alfombrilla de baño en cada cuarto de baño - check-in a cualquier hora (bajo disponibilidad) - guía de la vivienda con recomendaciones de la zona y de la ciudad - atención durante la estancia ante cualquier incidencia. Adicionalmente, Minty Stay se encargará de gestionar la llegada de los huéspedes al alojamiento, resolviendo dudas sobre el acceso o el funcionamiento de los equipamientos disponibles en el apartamento. Por último, los huéspedes tendrán acceso a una aplicación web donde tendrán siempre a mano información relevante del apartamento, de las normas de convivencia o incluso sobre ciertos servicios de utilidad para los viajeros como consignas de equipaje o servicio de transfer al aeropuerto. La hora del check-in es a partir de las 3 de la tarde, aunque en algunos casos será posible entrar antes siempre y cuando el apartamento esté disponible, el huésped puede preguntarle al equipo de Minty Stay el día antes de la llegada. TASA DE LATE CHECK-IN: las llegadas entre las 9pm y 11pm conllevan una tasa de check-in nocturno de 20€. Las llegadas entre las 11pm y la 1am tienen una tasa de 30€, mientras que las llegadas entre la 1am y 6am, la tasa es de 40€. En estos casos, el huésped deberá pagar con tarjeta de crédito mediante un enlace web que será enviado por Minty Stay. Es importante que el huésped no olvide las llaves dentro del apartamento durante la estancia, y en especial no salir del apartamento habiendo dejado las llaves por dentro de la cerradura, ya que esta se bloqueará y no se podrá entrar. En estos casos tendrá que acudir un cerrajero y el coste de su asistencia deberá ser asumido por el huésped. En el momento del check-out / salida, los huéspedes deberán dejar las llaves encima de la mesa del salón y cerrar la puerta principal. La hora límite de salida es las 11am si no se ha acordado otra hora previamente con el anfitrión. El personal de limpieza llegará sobre las 11am, si los huéspedes coinciden con ellos, será necesario dejarlos acceder.

Diese Wohnung blickt auf einen schönen und ruhigen Innenhof. Du wirst die Wohnung und unsere Lage lieben! Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und auch ein Queensize-Schlafsofa. Ich hatte viele Gäste und die meisten von ihnen sagen bei ihrer Ankunft, dass es genau wie auf den Bildern aussieht. Wir haben moderne Geräte (Waschmaschine, Herd, Mikrowelle, Klimaanlage, TV, Kühlschrank), schnelles WLAN und alles andere, was du für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigst! Gäste haben privaten Zugang zur gesamten Wohnung. Wichtig: Aus Sicherheitsgründen muss ich die Namen aller Gäste kennen, die während des gebuchten Aufenthalts in der Wohnung übernachten werden.
