In het Jekerkwartier, dichtbij het Centrum, in een van de oudste delen van de stad waar het riviertje de "Jeker" onder de staat doorloopt, bevindt zich ons, zeer rustig gelegen, woning. Doormiddel van een smalle trap komt u op de 2e etage waar zich de keuken, woonkamer, toilet en de eerste slaapkamer met twee eenpersoons bedden bevinden. Op de 3e etage treft u de tweede slaapkamer met twee eenpersoons bedden, badkamer zonder toilet maar met inloop douche, twee wastafels en een wasmachine.

Binnen een kleine 10 minuten met de auto bent u in het centrum van Maastricht. Met de bus bent u binnen 18 minuten in het centrum van Maastricht.

A lovely sunny flat in a unique location: after a 15-minute walk, you are in the middle of the Vrijthof. But nature is also nearby: theJekerdal and the Pietersberg are almost literally on your doorstep. The flat occupies the entire top floor of the house, offering plenty of privacy. The sofa bed is 1.40 x 2 m. The kitchenette has a microwave and a fridge. The bathroom with bathtub makes your stay a party. A super place to visit Maastricht or come to work.

Space and peace in center Maastricht

The spacious , tastefully decorated apartment is on the third floor of our house from 1905, 5 minutes from the Vrijthof staying in an oasis of calm. You live with us in privacy. The second bedroom is the mezzanine in the living room, accessible with a rather steep but easy to walk miller staircase. Silence in the house between11.00 pm and 7.30 am. Of course, homecoming is allowed later than 11 pm. At arrival you must pay touristtaxes, €2,15 each a night.

Close to the city centre 3 km, just 10 min by bike and 30 min walk, and surrounded by a wonderful nature area. Free parking. Ons tweepersoons appartement ligt op loopafstand van het stadscentrum, gevangen tussen het groen van de Sint Pietersberg en het water van de Maas. Het appartement is geschikt voor iedereen die op zoek is naar comfortabele ruimte om de stad te verkennen en/of de natuur op te zoeken.

Its situated in an old monumental building from the late 17th century. The studio is on the ground floor wich means you dont need to clime any stairs.
