Also featured is a dedicated work space for business travelers who will treasure the location, central to downtown yet tucked away on a dead end street. It’s also just a short drive to all the attractions the lakes have to offer. A quiet backyard is perfect for an early cup of coffee before starting your day.

"My Happy Place"- Hot Tub & Lake Views

"My Happy Place" at Lake Barkley is a great opportunity to getaway with that special someone for a little rest and relaxation. Enjoy the lake views, hot tub, or the quite time together sitting on the deck. Please be aware this is a 600 square feet, one bedroom cottage and it is connected to a second unit that has a separate entrance. The hot tub is exclusively used by guests in "My Happy Place." NO BOAT DOCK at this home. (Mineral Mound State Park boat ramp and Kuttawa Marina are close.)

Just 3 miles from I-24 and walking distance to Patti’s. Enjoy your stay within walking distance of all that Grand Rivers has to offer. Convenience is key here with delicious Cabin Pizza right in the same complex! This cute, newly renovated little cabin apartment is the perfect spot for a couple (or a couple of friends!), hunters and fishermen to get away. Situated on the corner of this quaint beach-style street, guests are a 5 minute walk to Hu-B’s and right across the street from Vista Ridge Park and the beach! Centrally located near Land Between the Lakes, Grand Rivers, and Paducah, there’s so much to see and do!

Woodland Trails

Explore the Land Between the Lakes Recreation Area and stay in this charming shipping container turned tiny home. With all the comforts of home, it comes fully equipped with a kitchenette which boasts a 4-in-1 microwave, air fryer, convection and toaster oven. Our land is being renovated to host several tiny home stays, so pardon our dust. Please refer to the pictures to see proximity of other units. We live on the property along with our chickens, ducks, dogs and cats.

This stylish place to stay is perfect for family getaways. A fisherman’s dream vacation. Bird watchers paradise. An artist retreat with views to paint or write songs about. Most importantly it is a wonderful escape from the hustle & bustle of the city. Less than 2 hours from Nashville! As of 2/28 we have ordered a Tornado Shelter. Installation will happen in 4-6 weeks.

Near great dining, including the local favorite, The Fishing Hole.
