Enjoy all that Ky Lake area has to offer! Condo is located at Big Bear Resort. It has an open concept living area, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths & fully equipped kitchen. The living space extends to the deck, overlooking the lake, with additional seating & gas grill. There are queen beds in 2 of the bedrooms; 2 full beds in the third. Washer/dryer are available for your use. The condo is a one-floor unit, with 3 parking spaces (one at the front door; 2 in the rear). There are 3 stairs at the front.

Grand Rivers is located on Land Between the Lakes. Kentucky and/ or Barkley Lakes are great for fishing and recreation. There are hunting areas nearby as well. Grand Rivers is the home of the famous Patti’s restaurant. Uptown has unique shops and the Bagett theater for family entertainment all within walking distance. We have a huge yard with a fire pit to relax by, corn hole and hillbilly golf already set up. Plenty of room to park your boat.Grand Rivers has something for everyone.

Bring the whole family to this great place w/ lots of room! Unfortunately this is not a party house! Private Boat Dock and private Boat Slip. Plenty of amenities featuring a hot tub with main lake views. There are also large deck areas with breathtaking main channel views. Although furnished with families in mind the house is also great for a couples trip or a group of friends wanting to get away. The house is located very close to a popular marina that offers boat and cart rentals.

The deck is the perfect place to watch the river flow by and feel your cares begin to drift away. Located 3.3 mils from I-24- it's peaceful & convenient.

Just a short walk from Moors Marina, our quiet and nice lake view location offers not only a great place to rest your head after a long day on the water, but a patio to grill your dinner and a fire pit to enjoy the outdoors under the beautiful stars. With extra shared yard space we can accommodate for boat parking and plug in access for any fisherman. Please notify us ahead of time so we can make sure space is available. This unit is the bottom right unit of a 4plex.

Located in the Big Bear community with views of the lake from all areas of the home. This luxury property features a private dock and is located conveniently to restaurants, stores, and two Marina's. Western Kentucky is not only for the summer, this home is perfect to curl up in the winter to a gas log fire place or large enough to enjoy a family getaway for the Holidays. A quick golf cart ride to the boat ramp and plenty of parking for vehicles and trailers.

The dock is just a short walk from the home unlike a lot of others in the area with very steep hills. This property does not have tons of steps so it definitely makes it easier when bringing your wagons and coolers down. There are patio stones to help with the walk if you would prefer those.
