🛌 Need room for the whole squad? We've got you covered with 4 beds! 📺 We have 2 livingrooms and 2 TVs. Netflix and chill? More like Netflix and *gill* because we're just 1 mile from Lake Barkley/ KY Lake. 🍔 Our kitchen is so fully stocked, even Gordon Ramsay would be impressed. Take a seat on the *huge* deck, where the blackstone will turn your BBQ game from zero to hero. 👶 Travelling with minis? We've got a crib, high chair and toys to keep them entertained so they never want to "leaf"!

Grand Rivers Kentucky Lake House Get Away!

Grand Rivers is located on Land Between the Lakes. Kentucky and/ or Barkley Lakes are great for fishing and recreation. There are hunting areas nearby as well. Grand Rivers is the home of the famous Patti’s restaurant. Uptown has unique shops and the Bagett theater for family entertainment all within walking distance. We have a huge yard with a fire pit to relax by, corn hole and hillbilly golf already set up. Plenty of room to park your boat.Grand Rivers has something for everyone.

Lake Front Home with Dock & Ramp

Bring the whole family to this great place w/ lots of room! Unfortunately this is not a party house! Private Boat Dock and private Boat Slip. Plenty of amenities featuring a hot tub with main lake views. There are also large deck areas with breathtaking main channel views. Although furnished with families in mind the house is also great for a couples trip or a group of friends wanting to get away. The house is located very close to a popular marina that offers boat and cart rentals.

Lakefront home with private 2 slip dock

This private vacation home on Lake Barkley have beautiful views of the lake and has lots of wildlife viewing opportunities. This property also includes use of a 2 slip private dock at the end of the Rockcastle bay. This beautiful home is located on 10 acres and is on a private drive. The dock is only 150 yards from the back door! ATTENTION!! The dock is only accessible from the water during the summer pool levels. Summer pool is usually April until Early August but dates vary.

The Holiday House is a Holiday Hills Resort Favorite with 4 separate bedrooms, one room with a Queen, two rooms with a Full bed, one room with a set of Twin Bunk Beds, and a Twin Bed with a trundle. The Holiday House has two separate bathrooms, one with a shower unit and one with a tub/shower unit. The Living space offers 2 couches with a Satellite TV, and a large full-size kitchen with an open floor plan to continue the conversation.

North Bend Lake House @ Lake Barkley

This stylish place to stay is perfect for family getaways. A fisherman’s dream vacation. Bird watchers paradise. An artist retreat with views to paint or write songs about. Most importantly it is a wonderful escape from the hustle & bustle of the city. Less than 2 hours from Nashville! As of 2/28 we have ordered a Tornado Shelter. Installation will happen in 4-6 weeks.
