Distinctive 4 bedroom, 3 bath home, located within walking distance to Kentucky Lake and Moors Resort and Marina. This home offers 2 stories of space, with the main house upstairs and the recreational area downstairs (pool table, shuffleboard, dart board, and cornhole boards). The home offers a private outdoor oasis, with wooded area views, including a large fire pit, with all essentials included. Plenty of trailer parking for the avid fisherman and boater.

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. We are located four houses up from marina , so a 5 minute walk. Also 2 beautiful walking trails a park with playground and beach. This has a galley kitchen and roomy sitting area. It is a studio with a beachy flair! Bring your beach towels and kayaks and there’s room for a boat too or rent one! A 1/2 mile to many restaurants and water park. There’s also a canopy with out door sitting area.

Townhouses sit on the bank of Lake Barkley with an amazing Sunrise view for our early risers. Townhouses have a queen bed downstairs, with a full-size kitchen/sitting area, a full-size bathroom with separted bathroom sink, and a shower room. Upstairs there is a Queen and twin in a room, a Twin over Full Bunk Bed in an open area, and two full beds in a room. Complete with a full-size bathroom upstairs with a separate bathroom sink and shower area.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this modern 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home located right next door to Moors resort. The lake is directly across the street, with a private dock to tie up your boat.
