We only have one unit here, so come be our exclusive guests. Drive down our road through trees and cattle fields and stay on the edge of the woods in a pocket of privacy. Our property is full of mature elm and oak trees. We have 7 acres of park like trails cut and mowed throughout the property. We protect our wildlife habitats so wild turkey, wild hogs, whitetail deer, raccoons, armadillos, hummingbirds, Robins, egrets, painted buntings, and red tail and red shoulder hawks are on the property.

Our space functions part of the time as an artist residency location for musicians, writers, and visual artists who are guests of Commerce Gallery. We've recently renovated and curated this home with the specific purpose to inspire and foster creativity in a uniquely comfortable setting. Located in historic Gonzales, Texas, the cabin sits on 100 acres and is the perfect those looking to experience relaxed country living. We are 1 mile from Palmetto State Park which offers hiking, fishing, paddle boarding and canoeing. Downtown Gonzales is only 15 mins away and gives a great glimpse of Texas history with museums and the downtown square. Ottine Mineral Springs is 2 miles away and offers a spa experience centered around thermal mineral springs. The choice is up to you!

Cypress View River Barn

Cypress View River Barn is a cozy escape for 1-2 people. This guest house is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing getaway. It features it's own private deck to enjoy the river view, complete with table, two chairs, a loveseat and a propane grill. The River Barn shares parking and river access with Cypress House. It is our strong intention to provide a quiet experience for both our guests and neighbors, so if you a looking for a place to party please seek a better fit.

This art studio is located only about three blocks from Lockhart's cute town square complete with Lockhart's famous barbecue and locally owned cafes, shops, and bars. Only 15 miles from the Formula One race track and 30 miles from Austin, you can be close to everything while getting out of the city hustle and bustle. On the other hand, Lockhart has plenty to offer, so you can also just come and enjoy relaxing in this cute slice of Texas.

Gingered Swan

The Gingered Swan is one of our favorite tiny and artistic designs. It has an 80 sq. ft. footprint downstairs & a 70 sq. ft. space upstairs. There is a small Living area & kitchen sink, (but no plumbing right now) an upstairs porch and NO bathroom (You will use the community bathhouse). There is no TV or wifi. Well behaved dogs are allowed with a $20 pet fee per reservation. No smoking in our tiny houses.

Enjoy a new experience staying at our ranch house. Ask us about feeding the cattle and horses. This home is in the center of our ranch where you can see tractors up close and watch ranch life.
