This is a great little property which suited our needs as a base for our trip to Fife. Easily accessible to the road network with stunning sea views to wake up to. The property was extremely comfortable and offered everything we needed by way of amenity. Would happily book again when next we visit the area.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The cottage itself was perfect. An upside house which was even better than the photos suggested. It was comfortable and well kitted out. The kitchen and lounge set up was excellent. The bedrooms and bathrooms were ideal for our party. The farm was an amazing place - peacocks, geese, ducks and hens wandering around the pond and grounds. We loved the bistro and shop. They added an extra and welcome dimension to our stay. The whole experience could not be faulted.

We spent a lovely few days at Fiona’s place between Christmas and New Year with family. House was an excellent venue for us to relax and enjoy the surrounding area. Would not hesitate to return or recommend.

booked for a trip to Edinburgh for a large group of friends, heaps of space, lots of rooms, Jon was friendly and welcoming. Central location, walkable to a lot of places in the city. If you are a large group looking for a place for a central base would recommend.

A very enjoyable visit for me and my partner. The place felt very homey and welcoming, and the surrounding area was beautiful. The hot tub was a very nice addition and tied everything up in a neat little knot. Our host was also very kind and helpful when we needed it. I would definitely recommend it to anyone else looking for a cute place to stay for a few days.

We stayed 2 nights at Fossoway cabins, and I cannot fault the experience one bit. Check in was flexible and very straightforward. Every detail was great, even marshmallows to roast. The hot tub and peaceful surroundings were a real treat. Highly recommend this listing and the host, Leigh who was quick to respond and very friendly.

The place was exactly as described, easy to check in and convenient location with parking. Plenty of space for 2 adults and a toddler.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Fieldhead. The house itself is so picturesque and is beautifully situated on the moors. The hosts provided very clear instructions for when we arrived and we settled in straight away. The house was beautifully clean and well appointed with lots of thoughtful touches to make our stay a really relaxing one. We found the recommendations for local pubs and restaurants particularly helpful and enjoyed lots of yummy meals out. The location really is wonderful for walking and we spent some very happy days exploring with our dog. Thank you for making it such a great break, we’d love to come back! For fellow dog owners- we brought our Labrador with us and the set up worked brilliantly. The house is pretty surrounded by livestock, but there’s an enclosed garden at the front of the house so we could let her out without any worries. We found some great walks from the door too.

Our third stay at the Carthouse and it couldn't have been better - the property is immaculate as always - well stocked with everything you could need. Lee was fantastic, made the property cosy for us on arrival and was great for local recommendations and taxi booking! Thank you very much - and see you next year!

We had a great couple of nights at Caroline’s place. St Monan’s is peaceful and beautiful. The flat was very clear and well equipped, and very close to everything we needed. Excellent stay. Will be back.

We were delighted with everything about this rental. It was ideally situated for our visit to St. Andrews, as we were there to attend a family wedding and function which was being held next door at Kinkell Byre. The whole place was immaculately furnished inside and out, and the giant trampoline and donkeys in the adjacent field were very highly rated by our 4 year old grandson! I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Thanks Joanna and your team for making our stay there so memorable.

From the generous welcome pack to all the little details this is a great Airbnb. It was like staying with really considerate friends – stuff like Sharp knives OS maps compost bin recycling bin all the stuff that we appreciate. That’s on top of being very comfortable and incredibly well fitted out. I almost don’t want to write a great review because I want to keep this place to myself🤣🤣

Lovely stay in Dollar- house is cozy, clean and warm. Easy to leave the car in situ and go walking, cycling, pub and cafe. Suited us very well.

I really enjoyed my stay at Little Gladsmuir. I was staying there while doing some work experience in gardens around St Andrews, after a long day working it was great to have somewhere cosy to come back to. The lovely garden and location made it really relaxing. The bed was comfortable and all the facilities were as described. The cooker and washer-dryer was especially useful for a longer stay. The location was convenient for getting into St Andrews and the local beaches. The bus station was only a short walk for getting further afield. I really recommend visiting the fishing villages like Pittenweem and St Monans and walking along the Fife Coastal Path. Jenny was really helpful and responded to any queries quickly. She made my stay in St Andrews a really nice, memorable one and I hope to visit again soon!

Lorna's flat was perfect for a base while we walked the Bargennan to Sanquhar section of the Southern Upland Way. Lorna organised a lifts for us to and from the trail and did everything she could to ensure we had all we needed. Dalry is lovely and the flat is clean, comfortable and had all we needed for our three night stay. The Clachan Inn is a minute's walk from the flat and is not to be missed.. amazing food. There is a small supermarket close by to get essentials and a wonderful village stores and post office across the road. All in all, a perfect stay.. thanks Lorna!

We had the BEST experience staying here! They were so amazing to work with us due to unexpected travel mishaps. Tracey was super responsive and understanding. We had 6 adults traveling with us. The flat was so quaint and comfortable and easily fit our needs. Steven met us there upon arrival and was so helpful in showing us around the flat and explaining how everything worked. The welcome basket with snacks was awesome after a long day of traveling. The hot tub was just what we needed after long days of busy sightseeing! The scenery is just beautiful and it is just a stones throw from the beach. The train station is a quick 3 min walk which was just perfect! We will definitely stay here again and will tell everyone we know about this little gem!

From start to finish, our break to The Old Barn was an absolute delight. I booked this accommodation, because the photos looked amazing and it was even better in real life. The Old Barn was tastefully decorated and everything in it was in excellent, clean condition. It was also very well equipped and as I like cooking our own meals, it made everything so easy for me. The view was picture postcard perfect and it was so relaxing looking out over the lake. I have never seen so many barn swallows before and adored watching them do their acrobatic twists and turns right in front of the property. The best animal by far though, was the owners Golden Retriever, Bertie. What an absolutely adorable boy he was, so friendly and sociable. He even joined my husband and our Border Collie for a walk. Although we didn't get to meet Laura, Ronnie was an amazing host and nothing was too much for him. He made us feel so welcome and at home. I was looking for a quiet break and this was perfect.

Peaceful location with beautiful views. Great walks on the doorstep. The lodge is lovingly decorated and there were lovely touches like fresh flowers and a homemade cake. Olly left great instructions and recommendations.
