Our outdoor pool, spa and wellness, grill and relaxation area are temporarily closed due to expansion as we build additional facilities. We are still happy to welcome you to our fully operational apartments, offering one-bedroom units with heated floors, a terrace, and private parking. Please note our apartment rates are reduced as a special offer and sauna is available for use in the evening hours. Soon, we’ll reopen with a private pool, sauna, a new reception area, and two-bedroom apartments.

This 4* apartment, located on the third floor, includes everything you can think of having during your vacation. Big living room space has incorporated dining room and the kitchen. Apartment also includes 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You can relax at the outdoor pool which is shared with other apartments and enjoy the sea view from your balcony. The apartment is equipped with a 3 smart TV’s and 3 air conditioners. This apartment comes with the free WiFi and parking space.

Paradise house direct at sea Studio-appartmant

My place is close to restaurants, great views, and the beach.The paradise house is good for couples, solo adventurers, families, and furry friends (pets). In our neighbourhood are market place, kran for boat, possibility to rent a boat, also we offer a space for your boat. In our lovely garden you can find a barbecue and enjoy to cook. This apartment is with balcony and it has a own kitchen. Pet is 7€ per day.

You’ll love my place because of the great location near the beach and the spacious garden with terrace. We offer free parking for your cars. You can even bring your boat. Pets are welcome. My place is close to beach, grocery store, restaurants and dining.

Nice little apartment in the old town near the center. We are pets friendly. In Punat you have nice long seafront promenade, bike road, shephards paths, etc... There are lots of little retaurants where you can try our traditional food.
