2 Bedroom condo in a gated, secured community situated within the Los Delfines Golf & Country Club located on the beautiful shores of Ballena Bay (Playa Pochote/Playa Tambor). The community hosts a Macaw sanctuary, and includes tennis and pickleball courts, as well as a well supplied convenience store and a fabulous beach restaurant called "The Rancho". The condo includes a ground floor patio with trees separating you from the golf course and there is a shared pool. Golf packages available.
