3-room apartment in a quiet area. Good public transport connections nearby, 5 minutes walking distance. The garden and outdoor area are a nice place to relax. Extra attention has been paid to all the details that can make your stay a good experience. Two large queen-size double beds, a cozy sofa for watching TV or relaxing on, or gatherings around the table for meals. When you open the window, you can hear the sound of the Sagelva flowing directly below. The birds also chirp actively sometimes.

The house is spacious, newly renovated and features a charming garden w/ outdoor fireplace and an outdoor kitchen. The area is quiet and family friendly. There is a supermarket and restaurants close by. Nb: the prize is reduced to compensate for taking care of our cat (and mowing the lawn if needed).

You will also have access to TV and wifi. The apartment har waterborne underfloor heating in all rooms, and also electronic door lock on the front door. The apartment is fireproof against the main part of the house and is equipped with smoke alarms and fire extinguishers.
