We just purchased this amazing property in March. It is conveniently located 35 minutes from both Cedar Point and Cleveland. Beautiful Lakeview Beach is 12 minutes away. You will be staying in the adorable, second floor studio apartment with a private porch and entrance. Charming condo close to the best Northeast Ohio has to offer! 40 minutes from Cedar Point and downtown Cleveland, and less than 10 miles from Oberlin College. Smart TV but no cable, washer/dryer in unit. **A previous tenant from over 1 yr ago smoked here** Carpet/paint replaced but some have stated stale smell is bothersome. If sensitive please be advised. This is an apartment unit the place is still in renovation. There still some old tenants and will be leaving little by little. The unit is completely renovated with excellent view and modern style. Cameras are installed around outside the property and inside the hallways.
