There are 2 seperate suites for rent. These are not connected but both open up to a large, private terrace surrounded by gardens. Relax and enjoy the charms of downtown Mystic. Located on the historic property of Captain William Morgan, an 18th century sea captain, this private Carriage House is situated just a 1/4 block from downtown, in the heart of Mystic, but also quiet & secluded. The larger suite sleeps 3 with a king bed and smaller full size futon. The smaller suite has a king bed.

close to Stony Brook University/ SB University Hospital/ L.I. Railroad station is a 10 minute walk from house; MacArthur airport - 25 minutes by car. My home is suitable for couples, solo adventures, and business travelers with use of a full size kitchen and laundry room. This room has a shared bathroom with locks on doors for your privacy. A claw foot bath tub with a shower spray. (a stall shower on the first floor if you like). Host lives in the home with his cat on a bucolic acre .
