Die Villa verfügt über viele Annehmlichkeiten, die für einen hochwertigen Urlaub notwendig sind, wie einen Außenpool, einen Whirlpool, eine Sonnenterrasse mit Liegestühlen, einen Essbereich im Freien und einen Grill. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es ein Wohnzimmer mit einer voll ausgestatteten Küche, während sich im ersten Stock 4 Schlafzimmer befinden, jedes mit Klimaanlage, TV und eigenem Bad. Das Frühstück ist im Preis inbegriffen.

Maison Laurel, stone luxury villa near Split

Few centuries old stone villa located in a picturesque village Gata, on mountain Mosor. Sea is few km away, so it is possible to enjoy both mountain and beach. House is newly renovated, and because of COVID-19, has not been booked before season 2021. In front of the house, there is big yard with private pool, all gated. The outdoor area offers deck chairs, outdoor shower, and outdoor dining area with barbecue. Owner doesn't live on the property.
