This listing is for a double en suite room . The price includes a simple self serve breakfast such as we eat in this part of the world. It is NOT a continental breakfast. While there is NO kitchen we do supply a small fridge and microwave for guests Ours is a family friendly home, babies and children welcome, travel cot available. We provide traditional Scottish hospitality, in modern cottage style accommodation. Ardvasar is close to the ferry terminal and the local hotel

Twin Room with Breakfast

Our village is at the west end of Loch Tay and there is much to see around here alone, warranting a couple of nights stopover if our guests have the time to explore. Our twin room is located on the first floor up a flight of stairs. It has two standard single beds and a washbasin in the room as well as a hospitality tray with refreshments. A separate bathroom is allocated to this room which is about 3 meters away. A bathrobe is provided as are complementary toiletries.

Loch Ness

Named after the most famous loch in Scotland, the Loch Ness room sleeps 4 people (1 double or twin beds and bunk beds) and offers and en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. This room also boasts an outside terrace with amazing views over the Fort Augustus and the River Oich. We are also dog friendly are happy to welcome well behaved pets with responsible owners. We will even provide a bed for the extra family member. (There is an additional charge of £20 per pet).

Lovely twin room in Cathcart South Glasgow

Situated in a quiet residential area but a short walk to amenities - I offer a lovely twin room with desk area and window overlooking the local park. The property is under ten minutes walk from the Crosshill train platform which is less than 10 minutes from the city centre. Hampden Park (Scotland's National Stadium) is less then 10 minutes walk so very convenient for gigs and sports games.
