Our accommodations are completely refurbished in a Mallorcan modern design which highlights the local Mallorquín lifestyle so that our guests feel immersed in the tranquillity that can only be found on this island. You will stay in a separate chalet. This is an operating vineyard so the hosts will be on the property (in a separate building) at some time during your stay. We offer wine tours and tastings as well as private dinners in a separate private dining room or the bodega upon request.

Son Real d'Alt es una mansión "antigua possessió mallorquina" que se remonta al siglo XV dedicada a la agricultura, rehabilitada en 2015 (respetando sus raíces y vistiéndola de modernidad) para poder dedicarla al alquiler vacacional, en ella se puede disfrutar de la auténtica Mallorca rural. Consta de 100.000m2 de bosque, campos y plantaciones, con una vivienda de 350m2 ubicada en lo alto de una colina con una extraordinaria vista a la Sierra de Llevant y sus maravillosas salidas del Sol.

Recientemente renovada, Ca na Maciana es una casa independiente de 212m2 y dos alturas. En la planta de abajo encontrarás dos habitaciones, las dos con baño en suite. En la planta de arriba, hay una habitación con baño en suite, una sala, la cocina y una terraza grande. El jardín consta de una piscina privada. Todas las estancias disponen de aire acondicionado. También cuanta con una zona para trabajar con wifi por fibra óptica (300mb). Hay zona para dejar las bicis para los ciclistas.

Durch enge und malerische Gassen gelangst Du zum Ortskern, wo die Casa Abuela liegt. Die Plaça mit ihren Restaurants und Bars ist nur einen Steinwurf entfernt. Die nächsten Strände sind in Can Picafort, Son Serra de Marina oder Playa de Muro, alle in ca. 20 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Das Haus wurde liebevoll modernisiert und dekoriert und bietet ein originelles Interieur, eine Dachterrasse mit Ausblick und einen gemütlichen Patio zum Entspannen.

Zentral gelegen mit kurzen Wegen zu den schönsten Stränden von Mallorca, zu Palma und anderen Ausflugszielen. Die Busstation Llucmajor/Son Noguera ist 7 Gehminuten von uns entfernt. Von Mai bis Oktober fährt auch ein Flughafenbus. Die hier erhobene Touristensteuer ist im Preis inbegriffen.
