Its central location is a perfect setting if you're exploring Phoenix for pleasure, visiting for an event or spending time in town on business. Full, shared access to all pictured spaces for this "Entire Home" listing. We occupy one end of the house and have two active listings for guests at the opposite end of house. The home is in a quiet and well-established residential neighborhood on the border of Phoenix and Scottsdale and is within driving distance to nightlife spots, restaurants, hiking, and sporting event locations. Charming gated courtyard entrance. Close to State Farm Stadium-7 miles, PIR NASCAR, & Cactus League games. Wigwam Resort less than a mile. New upgraded tile flooring and blackout shades, 1 queen bed in Casita and 1 blow up queen bed available upon request. Quiet neighborhood on a dead end street. Unfortunately I cannot host cats.
