Pet and children are more than welcome. We have 12 acres of land and orchard for you to go for a walk and even a dog agility area (Bookable). In a secluded orchard accessible by a country lane with minimal passing traffic, a tranquil, peaceful location. New hot tub Jan 2023, Sauna and steam room installed July 2023 We are pet friendly, but land is hedged not fenced.

The Barn is situated in the grounds of White House Farm, on the banks of the River Witham. It's a wonderfully cosy and private barn conversion with a separate private garden which is fully enclosed ideal for Dogs. Self-contained, 2 bedrooms, newly renovated bathroom, kitchen, wood burner and 65” HD TV with Netflix and Free WiFi. Quiet and very peaceful. We also now have a pontoon on The River behind the Barn from which you can launch your paddle boards, canoes or even go wild water swimming!

Beautiful, Luxurious, Home from Home Shepherds Hut. Rural, isolated and private, with only the sheep and goats to watch you! Little Oaks, nestles in its own fenced off spinney with 300 year old Ash and Oak trees, well placed in Lincolnshire, but on the borders with Rutland, Leicestershire and Nottinghamshire on our small holding, looking out over rolling countryside. Our home built hut is cosy, beautifully appointed, and built to an exacting specification, somewhere we would love to stay!
