Crutcher House (Steps to town) square)

The Crutcher House circa 1933 features a large front porch with rockers and gliders, you can see the town square from the front lawn. The house has 10 ft. ceilings, new bath with a large two person tile shower, modernized kitchen, two large bedrooms, one king and one queen. The large living room includes leather sofas, fireplace gas logs, Dish network TV, and WIFI. The modern kitchen offers gas range, micro wave, refrigerator, DW and Keurig coffeemaker (pods and ground coffee included).

Cedar Cabin of Lynchburg - 3 miles to Jack Daniels

This handcrafted cedar wood cabin offers relaxation the minute you step inside. The furniture is comfortable, the beds are big and cozy and the outside deck with fireplace is all that you need to relax! There is a great living room/kitchen fully furnished. Both bedrooms are considered master suites with king size bed and ensuite bath. One on the upper level and the other on the lower level with access by stairs. The "Lynchburg" game room offers a bar, place to play poker and darts.

Magnolia Cottage - Walk to The Square & Distillery

You will fall in love with the Magnolia Cottage Guest House! It is decorated with antique furniture, some of it from Jack Daniel's relatives. The property offers 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The entire house is to yourself! The Honey Jack Suite offers a queen size bed and full bathroom en suite. The Ophelia Room offers a Queen bed and the Lem Room has two twin beds. The cottage is located within walking distance to Jack Daniel's Distillery and the Town Square.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this home that's located in the middle of Fayetteville. Close to Space and Rocket Center, Jack Daniel's and George Dickle Distillery. This is a two bedroom and 1.5 bath house with a king and twin over full bed. All TV's have a firestick or Roku and all lamps have a USB outlet. There is a short term rental apartment upstairs. They will not have access to main house as you will not have access to the apartment.
