Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.

It is located in Vouliagmeni Lake of Loutraki (in the settlement of Makrygialos). The distance from the sea is 80 meters, and from the lake, it's a 3-minute drive or a 6-minute walk. The village of Perachora, which has a supermarket, is 10 minutes away by car, and Loutraki is 20 minutes away by car.

It is a 100 sqm penthouse apartment. There is an open living room, a dining room and a kitchen. There is a large hall, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large terrace. It is located at the center of Loutraki town and 3 minutes walk from the sea and whatever else you want.

Cottage house in 10 acres olive tree grove, carefully decorated with upcycling wooden furniture customized from us. The house is located in a small settlement called Patima.
