Spot deer daily at this cozy nature lovers getaway. This Smallwood cabin has a fun colorful retro vibe and can sleep up to 4 people. Pets are welcome. Located just minutes walk to mountain lake, 10 mins to Bethel Woods Center for the Arts, 20 mins to Narrowsburg, Barryville, Livingston Manor and many other cute towns. Large fenced in backyard with woodsy views and outdoor fire pit, large deck with bbq, fully equipped kitchen. Cozy indoor fireplace, smart TV with netflix, workspace, fast wifi.

The Waterfall Casita: A-frame with 30ft Waterfall

Nestled among Hemlock trees & steps from a 30 ft waterfall is our cozy A-frame cabin. Sitting on 33 private acres connected to state land, enjoy waterfall views while sipping coffee in front of the fireplace. The casita was intentionally designed to feel like a home away from home. In summer, cool off in the waterfalls & private streams, in autumn take in the stunning foliage & in winter ski/snowboard at Belleayre (25 mins away). Alder Lake & the Pepacton Reservoir fishing are a 10 min drive.

Fits 4 adults and 2 children.Entrance to lake 100 feet away with boat for you to use. Fish , swim , boat , picnic table , dock in middle of lake ,nearby hiking. Back patio has swing chair and picnic table , hammock for a nice quiet relaxing time .enjoy wildlife birds, deer, etc. always on standby to answer question. our local handyman is ready to address any issues you may have. Beautifully renovated and nestled in the quiet yet all-inclusive Hamlet of Hurleyville; this clean space offers a great place to rest your head and bones. In the cooler months enjoy a beverage by the fireplace or in the warmer months have one on the porch and look out at all the green there is around. Butternut Farm Cottage is an 1880's farmhouse. One and a half story great room with wood burning stove, kitchen, dishwasher; laundry room, two bathrooms and library with TV and Wifi. Lots of natural light. Sound system throughout. Covered porch. Comfortable beds. BBQ grill and fire-pit. Good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families, and medium size groups (up to 6). **While not an issue for most some ambient noise from Rt. 17 is heard when outside.

Catchers Pond is perched atop a hill with views overlooking a private pond featuring a swim platform, dock, Jacuzzi, outdoor shower, fire pit and a fruit orchard of peach, pear and apple. It is perfectly secluded and close to everything you might need for your stay being just 5 minutes outside Mountaindale. Its rustic, charming and wild. A great place to slow down, reconnect and watch seasons change. The cabin sits on 55 quiet acres with no other houses in sight.
