You can truly unwind and enjoy nature without having to leave the property, stroll the rail trail just a few doors down from the house, or use our tips to explore the area!

This beautiful lakefront cabin is located at the end of a peaceful road adorned with tire swings and wildflowers. It is situated in a private community on a SMALL 3 acre lake, offering the perfect setting to enjoy morning coffee on the dock, taking refreshing afternoon swims in the lake, going for evening kayaking rides, and stargazing. You can unwind in our hammock nestled amidst the ferns next to a tranquil stream. We offer 2 kayaks and 1 SUP for your enjoyment. Best of all, 2 hrs from NYC.

Fits 4 adults and 2 children.Entrance to lake 100 feet away with boat for you to use. Fish , swim , boat , picnic table , dock in middle of lake ,nearby hiking. Back patio has swing chair and picnic table , hammock for a nice quiet relaxing time .enjoy wildlife birds, deer, etc. always on standby to answer question. our local handyman is ready to address any issues you may have. Full kitchen with all your cooking needs. This is a perfect vacation spot to have fun and make beautiful memories.

Parkston Schoolhouse

Relax and unwind in this historic converted one-room schoolhouse. Built in 1870, the Parkston Schoolhouse served all grade levels in the Livingston Manor area. The schoolhouse was retired and converted to a cozy cottage style home in the mid 20th century and has recently been renovated into a stylish tiny home getaway. The home is tucked into the hillside along the beautiful, winding Willowemoc Creek and is set amidst a lush Catskill landscape just a five minute drive from Livingston Manor.

Spend some time in a classic Catskill Bungalow! Beautifully renovated and nestled in the quiet yet all-inclusive Hamlet of Hurleyville; this clean space offers a great place to rest your head and bones. River view:

Rental is located next to a busy road , if you are not comfortable with some traffic at certain times of the day then this may not be for you I would also note that this home is small inside but very comfortable . There is a cozy yard to relax in next to a fire pit and a table and chairs if you would like to eat outside. I will provide firewood for one night, and charcoal for grill for one night as well. Located 1/4 mile from home is a local place to purchase extra wood .

Catskill Getaway Suite

Our guest suite has a private entrance adjacent to the main house with a kitchen , living room, bedroom with a full bed and full bath. Also a porch with patio furniture, a charcoal BBQ and 50 acres to explore. We supply sheets, towels, kitchenware, coffeemaker, TV, internet, Wi-Fi and AC. A great getaway for 2 adults. 20 min. from Bethel Woods for concerts, 30 min. to Resorts World Casino. All are welcome. Rainbow friendly. No smoking, children, pets or animals.
