Great for viewing the star lit nights no light pollution with no street lights. Excellent area for getting off the beaten track close enough to Leverburgh for trips to St Kilda and all other amenities. Cottage on the shoreline with lovely bay. Attractive, 1 bedroomed (double or twin), comfy, semi detached, self catering cottage for 2 in the peaceful rural crofting township of Melvaig, 9 miles NW of Gairloch with seaviews to Skye and the Western Isles and just off the NC500. The property is for a minimum of 3 nights. This is a perfect base for relaxing. It's a few minutes to the shore and 30 mins walk along to peaceful beaches. There's a jetty nearby which you can drive down to safely and you can take your own kayaks there too.

The Cottage at 133 Polglass

You will be very welcome at our ' wee house', situated in Polglass, Achiltibuie, at Tigh Uisdean Bed and Breakfast. We are situated on the beautiful Coigach peninsula in Wester Ross. The cottage is light and airy with stunning, panoramic views over the Summer Isles. Downstairs, there is an open plan sitting room/ small kitchen area,utility room, bathroom with shower, bedrooms up a 'paddle' staircase. (check photo for suitability). Can accommodate 2 couples, more spacious for 2 people.

A lovely cottage situated 10 miles out of the main town of Stornoway, in a quiet village with wonderful sea views. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the deck overlooking the sea and cosy up in the evening beside the wood burning stove. Perfect for a couple getaway. Having your own car would be ideal but regular public transport is available on your doorstep.
