Otter Spring on the Rainbow River

On a very wide part of the beautiful Rainbow River. Surrounded on 3 sides by state property forests. Very secluded with its very own spring 40 feet from the main dock. Boat and swim docks, a kayak launch, a wraparound porch with an outdoor dining area. Includes access to our paddle boards, kayak, and floats. And the interior has been recently completely remodeled and updated. The main house has a beautiful bedroom with views of the river and a 2 bed loft. The guest house has a king bed.

Private Tropical pool w/ Rainbow springs access

Welcome to the quiet community of Rio Vista. Close to town and restaurants as well as Rainbow River. The park is a 5 min. walk from house or you can drive your car or take the golf cart that has a trailer to pull your kayaks and canoe. The park has picnic tables, restroom and boat launch. After enjoying your day on the river come back and enjoy the beach entry salt pool. Pool heating $15 a night, golf cart $100 for 3 nights, $125 -4 nights $150- 5 nights $175-6nights $200 7 + nights.

Welcome to Rainbow Cove Cabin, a private oasis nestled in a quiet cove away from much of the tubing traffic on the Rainbow River but only seconds to the open Rainbow River with kayaks, and paddle boards included in your rental. You can also bring your own boat and tie to our private dock and enjoy the 5.7 miles of pristine crystal clear Rainbow River. Although not a direct view of Rainbow River our beautiful private waterfront cove directly adjoins Rainbow River for a memorable vacation.

This is a beautiful and relaxing four BR, pet friendly, heat-pump pool home. When you visit Florida between October and April a solar heated pool will freeze you out. The heat-pump will keep the pool perfect! Our home is in a lovely small town with wonderful eateries like Lugo's Cuban and Gyros King. When you head out to see the sights you will be located within an easy drive of most of them. When you return it will be to a relaxing pool and spacious home.

Come relax with a stunning view on river and private island from the lanai. This house has a beautiful stone fire place perfect for chilly nights, a full kitchen, 2 king sized beds with Helix mattresses, and free kayaks and paddle boards to Three Sisters Springs via the Crystal River to swim with manatee. This house is one of three on the property that share a spacious deck and firepit. Only two hours from Disney for a perfect day trip.

FREE use of the kayaks, golf cart and paddle boards during your stay.
