The chalet is an individual construction fully available and reserved for the guests. So are the terrace and the surroundings ( a small river, a private bridge and access to the forest ). L'appartement de 28 m2 se trouve au rez-de-chaussée de notre chalet dans un endroit calme et préservé. Il se situe à 3 km du centre de Morzine et à proximité de l'express des Prodains. L'hiver, il est possible de partir du chalet skis aux pieds pour rejoindre l'arrêt de bus direction Morzine ou Avoriaz via des navettes gratuites (arrêt proche du chalet). Le retour d'Avoriaz peut se faire à skis. Des sentiers pédestres au départ du chalet sont accessibles. Idéal pour 2 à 3 personnes.

Sie sind nur 8 Min. von den Gondeln Morzine UND Avoriaz entfernt, wo Sie die 650 km herrlichen Pisten des Gebietes der Portes du Soleil erwarten. Alle 10 Min. fahren sie Busse kostenlos und sorgenfrei nach Morzine oder Avoriaz (Haltestelle 80m vom Chalet). Meine Unterkunft ist perfekt für Paare, Familien mit Kindern und große Gruppen. Ein Godin-Ofen im Wohnzimmer ermöglicht es Ihnen, ein angenehmes Feuer zu machen, für eine freundliche Atmosphäre. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet.

Dieses kleine unabhängige und bequeme Chalet is ideal um sich in den Bergen zu erholen, alleine oder zu zweit. Der Balkon gibt eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf die Walliser und Berner Alpen und das Rhônetal. Ideal fur Naturfreunde, oder ganz einfach zum Durchatmen. Dieser Ort ist der Ausgangspunkt für wunderschöne Wanderungen auf den "Hausberg Arpille", zu Fuss, VTT, mit Schneeschuhen oder Skirando im Winter. Die Skipisten und Thermalbäder sind in ca 30 Minuten mit Auto erreichbar.

Our chalet is situated in a quiet area (private way) with a panoramic view on the mountains.We are 2km from the center and the lifts but 2 free buses are 3 minutes walk from home.
