My villa is ideally situated just 15 minutes from the Geelong CBD and the surf beaches of Ocean Grove and 13th Beach. Most of the outstanding wineries on the Bellarine are within 30 minutes, and 5 minutes away you have Melbourne's biggest water theme park Adventure World. We are also only 90 minutes from Melbourne and the Great Ocean Road is 2 hours away. The villa is free standing with quality fittings throughout and is in a very quiet location with everything you need to have a relaxing break.

Surrounded by leafy family focused streets of old Grove our little cottage offers accomodation for up to 6 people with spacious secure yards for your dog as well. Please note we only accept bookings from people who don’t already live in Geelong and people over the age of 25

Within 1km of the beach and walking distance to the beach cafe (Dawn) and the Ocean Grove Hotel. This relaxing and well equiped house will have you at ease from arrival and is perfect for both couples or families. Previous guests have enjoyed being away from the rush of the town, and loved the green garden and quietness of the area whilst being only a few minutes drive from the nearest shopping hub.
