Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located self contained studio. Come and go at your leisure with your own parking bay & private garden that leads to your own entrance. Studio includes a luxurious queen bed, reverse cycle air conditioning, power 3 function shower, separate toilet, comfortable outdoor couch & table & your own fruit tree to relax under. Best of both worlds - centrally located just a few minutes walk from the main street in Margaret River & quiet peaceful street.

Kingfisher Grove. Relax and Unwind.

A private driveway, will lead you to the quaint, Kingfisher Grove Cottage. Our cosy 1 bedroom cottage is situated between Surfers Point and Margaret River Town, it has a fully equipped kitchen, open plan living, a comfortable king size bed and laundry. A couch bed is also available. Enjoy a walk or bike ride past Cape Mentelle and Xandadu Vinyards, along the tranquil bush track into town and finish the day watching the sunset at Surfers Point or relaxing with a glass of wine on the deck.

The Lookout - 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom Loft Apartment

If a place was an exhale, this would be it. The space was created with slow & sustainable living in mind, giving you space to breathe & time to truly switch off. The Lookout sits in an open paddock, with 360 views of farmland. Take it all in from your bathtub or through huge windows that frame views stretching right over the wilds of Wildwood. Inside is a cocooning embrace; it’s the dreamiest sanctuary for two. Unfortunately our property is not set up to host newborns, infants or toddlers.

The cottages were hand built from the coffee stone and jarrah on the property. They provide a chance to unwind, re-energise and immerse yourself in nature’s tranquillity. The quaint studio cottage overlooks the Scott River flats, the Homestead and farm land. To the back of the cottage is the untouched bush leading all the way to the South Coast. Explore the river that runs through the property, say hello to our farm animals, pick some fruits and vegetables from our kitchen garden, go wildflower hunting, bush walking, 4x4 driving or fishing. we are on the edge of the D'Entrecasteaux National Park and within an hour of many towns in the south west region.

Lola by the bay - cosy getaway

Lola by the bay is a stylish and relaxing guest suite, designed to host two people in comfort and peace. Located along the west wing of our family home, with private entrance and patio, this self-contained space is a great place to relax after a day of exploring all the beautiful treasures the South West has to offer. Within walking distance from the beach (less than 5 min.) and shops and restaurants nearby, Lola is a great base for your next getaway in the Broadwater resort area.

Relax & Unwind at Rapids Retreat – Your Private Studio in Margaret River Welcome to Rapids Retreat, a stylish and self-contained studio located in the peaceful Rapids Landing estate. Just a 2-minute drive or a scenic 15–20 minute walk (with a footpath all the way) brings you to the heart of Margaret River township, where you’ll find fantastic cafés, restaurants, and shops. Plus, you're only 10 minutes from stunning beaches, world-class wineries, and breathtaking nature trails.

The little siren studio Gnarabup

The little siren is a self contained studio at the rear of our property. It’s located in a unique little pocket of Margaret River, looking out over Gas bay surf break and the Cape Leeuwin ridge. An adults only ( no babies either sorry), oasis in which to explore the cape, snuggle up & read books or simply spend the night watching stars from your bed. Our bedroom is on a mezzanine level, the bathroom is downstairs, please note that there are multiple stairs on the property.

Lilly Pilly Cottage Margaret River

Luxurious brand new 1 bedroom studio accomodation in the perfect Margaret River location. Take a walk to the river, visit the local cafe's, restaurants & wineries or explore the beautiful beaches and forests of Australia's South West. Luxury king size bed, quality linens & towels, huge bathroom with large shower & laundry facilities including washing machine. Kitchen includes coffee machine, microwave & dishwasher. There is strictly no smoking in or around this property.

Little Ginger

Little Ginger is the perfect romantic couples getaway surrounded by ginger trees and a friendly ginger cat named Simon who sleeps under the ginger trees. Sip on champagne in the outdoor bathtub while your partner cooks up a feed on the weber Q, or relax in the luxurious king bed after taking a shower under the double rain shower heads. The studio is equipped with everything you need including: a toaster, kettle, microwave, Nespresso machine, and a plug in cooktop.

The River Barn - walk to Town and River

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Newly built, with a spacious Loft bedroom - enjoy the views of near by native trees or lay in bed and star gaze through the roof window. A lot of thought has gone into the design of this home, with a cozy day bed built in under the stairs, full sized kitchen and stylish bathroom. Just a short walk down to the Margaret River, walk trails, and to town, we hope our place provides the perfect base for your holiday.
