It is separate, secure and private from the rest of the home. Plenty of parking. The marina is a short walk away and there is a pool in the development to enjoy. Completely furnished, internet, garbage pickup, fully stocked kitchen, smart tv in each room, washer and dryer, outdoor sitting and a large couch relax in after a busy day.
