Our house has all the comforts of home with beautiful open vistas visible out each window. This property was deeded to the Motherwell family following the War of 1812, staying in their family name 100 years. The interior of the house is fully renovated with some exterior projects ongoing. Welcome to Clyde Lane Retreat. This charming 3 bedroom cottage is the perfect spot to recharge and relax. Conveniently located 25 minutes from Perth and 25 minutes from Calabogie. The cottage features a one of a kind wood fired sauna and hot tub which is enclosed in a building. The river is 10 feet deep in front of the cottage and weed free perfect for swimming, fishing and canoeing. You can go for kilometres in several different directions on the river.
