The house has been newly built with all of the creature comforts and a very well appointed kitchen. The hot tub , located outside on the deck is the icing on the cake. This is a perfect getaway for up to 6 people. In the summer you can swim right off the end of the dock on the property. There is also good bass and pickerel fishing in the river.

Watch the sunsets every night from the deck and then head to your fire pit for s’mores. Pinon is situated on a point and has 180 degree water views from the deck.
