Bunk in 4 bed dorm at Kinloch Wilderness Retreat

Your bed, in a 4 bed dorm, is part of a lodge nestled lakeside in nature with fantastic views. Our stunning area has many activities to offer including various hikes, jet boat trips, scenic flights, kayaking, horse treks and more. To relax there's a TV room, book exchange and hot tub, especially good for stargazing! If you don't feel like cooking up a feast take a break and dine in our cozy restaurant, we have something for everyone. Please note that we're a 5hr drive from Milford Sound.

Haka House - Apartment

Our fully self-contained one-bedroom apartment sleeps four people (a queen bed in the bedroom and two single beds in the lounge area). The lounge is large and spacious with a private balcony, flat-screen TV and DVD player and a heat pump for heating and air conditioning. It also features a large shower, a clothes washer and dryer and kitchen with oven, microwave and all the cooking equipment you need. Step out onto the spacious deck and enjoy grand views of the beautiful mountains.

Lighthouse Suite - Panoramic Lake Views

Stay in the centre of the action in this one-of-a-kind place. The Lighthouse Suite has a British attic theme with a full turret and stunning views of Lake Wakatipu and the Remarkables. Make a cup of tea/Nespresso coffee and enjoy peaceful hours in the sitting room. Window seating allows you to become part of the surrounding bush Enjoy watching "Sweet Girl" (our rather tame New Zealand wood pigeon) eat leaves and berries. Double Room - Coronet Peak

Our Standard Double Room at Swiss-Belresort and Villas Coronet Peak can be converted into a twin room upon request. Please contact our team if you'd like this arrangement, though it is subject to availability. If you require an extra bed, it will be an additional $50 per bed per night (subject to availability). Our hotel room is pet-friendly — just let us know so we can pre-allocate your room. A one-time pet fee of $150 applies for the entire stay, regardless of duration.

We have two supermarkets just one minute walk away and the Queenstown town centre is only a five-minute flat walk.
