We are pet friendly (1 pet), have Wifi and Satellite & close to town for essentials! Spring, summer and fall enjoy free use of all non-motorized water equipment at the beach and dock! In the winter months enjoy the indoor wood burning fireplace and hot tub (Oct 6-May 23) + skating rink (weather dependent) Boat rentals on site!

Buckhorn Log Home

Entire house, renovated, cozy, custom built log home.  Walk a few steps to the town of Buckhorn, Lock 31, Beach, Pizza, restaurants, groceries, LCBO.  Situated on a huge wooded lot, steps from everything including historic Adam&Eve Rocks, Buckhorn Yacht Harbor, General Store, beach, dam, fishing.  Note: at this time we not able to provide sheets or bath towels. A propane BBQ, outdoor fire pit, indoor fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, brand new appliances. Long wknds requires 3 night stay.

Getaway with the whole family, including your pup! Tucked away in a forest with a large deck overlooking the pond, everyone can enjoy. Ammenities include an oversized sofa, extra large flat screen, gas fireplace, and beautiful kitchen. Please note, the owner Russell does reside in the lower unit from May-early January. Take a break and unwind for a cozy night. Guests enjoy the entire, ground floor apartment with private entrance. King size bed in bedroom. Queen size sofa bed in living room. Walking trail close by. Short walk to Main Street for coffee shops, restaurants, pub, nail salon and stores. A short drive (2 mins) to Foodland, McDonalds, Tim Horton’s, LCBO and restaurants. Pet friendly. Enjoy the cozy attached private Fisher's apartment in the small town of Gilford. The town is surrounded by Lake Simcoe and we are right across the street from the lake. You can fish at any season and sail your boat during the summer! We are also minutes away from the Cooks Bay Marina where you can rent boats and canoes. It's a great place to enjoy it with friends and family! ( Not a lakefront home)
