A peaceful casita on the hills of Playa Maderas. An 8-minute walk to the beach, good for working remotely, totally private space with little garden in the front, great for one person or a couple, recently built, kitchen + gas provided, can easily walk to everything in Maderas. Happy to share rides to town when around and also be friends! There is a main house near by and two loving pups on the property. You will need 4x4 to access via vehicle We prefer long term or weekly rentals! Come be!

Jungle Beach Surf Casita

Our cute casita is situated in a large garden beside a river. You can listen to the birds and howler monkeys, relax in your hammock on the patio, and look at the Guanacaste trees in the garden. You can use the pickleball / basketball court on the property with a terrace and outdoor kitchen. You can walk to Marsella beach (10 min.) or Maderas beach (20 min.), where you have great surf. It is 10 min. to San Juan del Sur: you can already use the new road, the Costanera, that is being built.

PRIVATE BEACH CABAÑAS (mediterranean style) with its own KITCHEN, FRIDGE and BATHROOM, double bed with an optional extra bed, so perfect for 1 person, a couple or group of 3. Situated 2 min walking to the beach, between SANTANA and POPOYO beach. Walking distance to some of the best surf spots in NICARAGUA. Common area includes POOL, BBQ and hammocks to chill out. We have WIFI, motorbike with racks and surfboards rental, surf guiding service so you can score the best spots in the area.

'The Boob' Jungle Casita, Solar, 5 min to beach

This private & tranquil jungle casita is a 7 min. walk to town and 5 min. walk to Playa Amarillo beach where you can find a small grocery store, local bars and friendly fun waves. The house is a stand alone casita on our shared property. It has its own outdoor space including a private hammock with shade. You have a fully equipped kitchen and fridge, your own private fiber optic WiFi and access to a washer. We can arrange motorcycle, bicycle, &surfboard rentals, taxi services & boat trips!
