Disponibili per trasporto bagagli. Fornita di stufa a legna con fuoco a vista, acqua potabile, en. elettrica, cucina ben attrezzata, barbecue, tavoli all'aperto e prato pianeggiante. Luogo particolarmente piacevole per relax, passeggiate, funghi, pesca, ecc. A 40min, con bel sentiero in piano, Trasquera, con negozio e ristoranti.

Si trova arroccato sulla roccia, con un piccolo giardino solarium, e per vivere una esperienza unica, dispone anche di una tinozza esterna jacuzzi con acqua che dovrete riscaldare con la stufa a legna apposita, NON DISPONIBILE PERO' DAL 7 GENNAIO AL 10 FEBBRAIO. Da ogni angolo si ha una vista stupenda del lago di Como e delle montagne che lo circondano.

The cozy studio inside can accommodate 4 guests (1 bedroom and 1 sleeping couch). It is equipped with a coffee/thee corner and fridge.
