Our beautiful French style apartment is located on the second story or our home. It is sunny, spacious and comfortable with all you need for a long or short stay. Access is private and you have sole use of the apartment. Situated near Hunter Valley with its many wineries and the Hunter Gardens, Blackbutt Reserve, Watagan Mountains, Central Coast, Lake Macquarie, and Avondale University (all within a 3 to 40 minute drive). The Tree House

My name is Tanya, and I run our BnB along with my daughter Kristiarne. This is perfect winter getaway for friends and families that want some "get away" in a little luxury. We love the trees surrounding us and the wildlife that visit. The sounds of the bellbirds will greet you on your arrival. Sit by the indoor fireplace. We hope you enjoy a little relax while you visit and leave refreshed.

This 2 bedroom cottage is a true holiday house. With beautiful views of the lake and beaches which allow the family pet within a five minute drive, water activities for all are a must. The property has a garage and plenty of room to park your boat. Pets are catered for with a large fully fenced grassed backyard. Please note I do charge $10 per pet per night refer to house rules.

Caves Beach House

Caves Beach House is located opposite the grass reserve that fronts Caves Beach. The house has uninterrupted ocean views and is only 300 metre walking distance to the beach. This 2 storey house has been recently renovated and has modern comfortable furnishings. Sleeps 2 couples and 4 children comfortably or 6 adults maximum (there are 6 separate beds).
