It features a comfy king size bed, newly renovated bathroom & laundry, self-contained kitchen, lounge & dining rooms, snooker table & stylish furnishings. Caves Beach Garden Haven

Relax in beautiful Caves Beach in our quiet self contained unit in a garden setting. Our unit has bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette/dining/lounge, also includes the use of the laundry. There is the choice of the patrolled Caves Beach, the sheltered Spoon Rocks, only minutes walk away, or the wilder Pinny's Beach on a coastal trail. Sydney is about an hour and a half away. This a guest unit downstairs in our house, We are available to help but otherwise give you privacy. Parking is on the Street

You will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located oasis. Just a 10 minute walk to Warners Bay shops which offers a variety of excellent restaurants, coffee, a pub, bowling club and assorted shops. A lovely private space to relax and enjoy. This is the downstairs area of my home and is only used by guests. The living room is big and spacious, has a lovely sunny outlook in the morning, and has a picturesque view over Merewether to the ocean. The separate bedroom has a lovely comfortable queen bed with quality linen. The house is 5 mins (15 min walk) from Merewether beach and coffee shops, close to Glenrock lagoon and the Merewether ocean baths. Fantastic walking trails close by.

Warner’s Bay Private Studio

Fully self contained studio with private entrance. Suitable for couples, solo or business travellers. The studio is 15 minutes walk to the lake and pedestrian cycleway. Coles shopping centre, boutiques, banks, post office, newsagent, restaurants, cafes, takeaways, hotel and bowling club are nearby. By car it’s a 20 minute drive to Newcastle, Merewether and Nobbys beach. The closest major shopping centres are Mt Hutton, Charlestown and Kotara.

Itty Bitty b&b

Our space is a small air conditioned bed sitting room a bit like a motel room with double bed, eating utensils, microwave, air fryer, plug in single pot cook top , a small kitchen sink and ensuite. There are French doors between the bedroom and the combined kitchenette/ bathroom. Tea and coffee provided (not breakfast) . Parking on very quiet street. No parking on site. The access verandah is shared by an adjoining occupancy.
