We allow 10 guests in total. 6 adults max. No trailers can be parked at the townhome. This beautifully appointed single story townhome sits directly in the middle of the Apple Rock Golf Course in the Horseshoe Bay Resort and minutes from Lake LBJ. The master bedroom features a spacious king bed with a large walk in shower. The guest bedroom boasts 2 queen beds and a trundle to accommodate several guests and family members. And we just added a Hot Tub! Come, relax and enjoy!

Come and enjoy our beautiful lake house. The home is well appointed with comfortable furnishings and complete kitchen amenities for big family dinners. The Highland Lakes region of Central Texas Hill Country offers many activities that include; boating on constant level Lake LBJ, taking vineyard tours, golf courses nearby, fishing, horseback riding, hiking the trails at Inks State Park , spelunking in the Longhorn Caverns or jumping off a rock bluff at the Devils Waterhole.

The Cozy Lake Cabin is located on the peaceful interior of a peninsula with lake access only a short 100 yard walk from your cabin. Complete with Boat launch . You may beach your boat . Great swimming and fishing off the bank. Enjoy large fire pit by the water . Sleeps 2-4 and is fully contained . You can sit and enjoy the porch swing or light your fire pit. The swimming pool never closes. We rent another cabin and RV so it is possibly shared .

This 3-bed, 3-bath, 2,600 square feet home fits 11 and is the perfect place for friends, family, and pets to come together and create some unforgettable memories. Note lake water levels vary, but we prepare for this by having awesome beach activities. Our pet fee is $35 per pet. All use of amenities are at your own risk.
