Barley Mow - Luxury Escape In The Mountains

Standalone luxury 2 bedroom apartment in a tranquil and private setting, with kitchen & living area on 2 levels and spectacular views of the Shotover River & The Remarkables mountains. Set on 10 acres of park-like grounds, with secure garaging. Barley Mow is in the snowline during winter and 4wd vehicles are strongly advised. We live in the main house which is nearby but a a separate dwelling on the property. We have 2 white cats that roam the property but do not go into the apartment.

Our lakeside studio unit gives spectacular views of the majestic Remarkable mountains and uninterrupted lake views, and is just a few minutes from the Queenstown International Airport. The Studio Unit doesn't offer cooking facilities, however we are sure that the close proximity to local Cafes, Restaurants, a Boutique Brewery and Takeaways which are all within walking distance, will be to your liking. It is only a short drive to world-class Restaurants, Golf Courses, and Wineries.

This self-contained studio with kitchen, garden and spa is a luxurious, peaceful retreat in the heart of the Wakatipu Basin. There is a smart TV, complimentary access to Netflix, YouTube, TVNZ on demand. Walking /biking tracks nearby There is a small courtyard area with 2 outdoor sofa units.

Located in a quiet and peaceful part of sunny Kelvin Heights it's beside the lake and the Queenstown Trail.

If you want a getaway where you relax in this stylish space amongst golden vistas, then you're here. This guest house was completed in 2022 and is very modern. Completely private separate dwelling to the owner's house on the property.
