The large deck contains a dining table for 6, a gas fire table, a grill and plenty of seating to enjoy the outdoors. Baldwin is great for any outdoor enthusiast, with ample river access to one of the best trout streams in Michigan, plenty of ORV trails, and centrally located to explore all the area has to offer.

Welcome to Club 39, a spacious getaway located in the heart of the Manistee forest on five acres. A Full kitchen features stainless steel appliances as well as automatic brew and K-cup coffee makers. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything from table settings to pots/pans. We have done everything to make sure since the house sleeps 10, there's is plenty of room for 10 to eat and also relax. The ORV and Snowmobile Trails begin in the back of the property.
