Notre appartement sent bon la Côte d'Azur! Situé au dernier étage d'une villa, dans un quartier calme, magnifique vue mer. Balcon terrasse pour vous relaxer, petit jardin. Le bonheur d'être à Nice en profitant d'une nature ensoleillée. A seulement 15/20 min à pieds (5/10 min en voiture) de la plage et du centre-ville très animés. Appartement et grande terrasse vue mer

Mon appartement se trouve au pied du tram ligne 2 (arrêt Fabron), à 15 minutes de l’aéroport et 10 minutes du centre (avenue Jean Médecin). Des vélos publics se trouvent juste devant la résidence. Au pied du logement: supermarché, boulangerie, plage à 80 mètres. La cuisine comporte tous les équipements nécessaires. La grande terrasse permet de profiter toute l’année du soleil! Il existe enfin des places de stationnement gratuites à environ 500 mètres de l’appartement. Le chat a déménagé 😁.

Der großzügige Balkon ist auf das Meer ausgerichtet und hat (fast) den ganzen Tag Sonne. Zum Stadtzentrum sind es 15 Minuten zu Fuß oder 5 Minuten mit der Straßenbahn.

Facing the sea, our beautiful 66 m2 apartment was completely renovated in the summer of 2022. It is located on the 8th and top floor with elevator in a residential building. It consists of a large entrance hall with storage, two bedrooms (one with a loggia), a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a separate toilet and a large living room incorporating a lounge, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. The terrace, with garden furniture and dining area, offers a splendid sea view.

L'appartement se compose d'un séjour/salle à manger avec une grande table pour 6, de deux chambres avec lits doubles de 160x200, d'une salle de bains avec douche, d'une cuisine équipée et de WC séparé. Gay friendly. Situé entre Magnan et le prestigieux quartier,de Fabron, l'appartement se trouve à sept minutes à pied du bord de mer, du tramway qui vous ramène au centre-ville et de la Promenade des Anglais. Perché sur les hauteurs, il offre une vue incroyable.

Logement directement voisin de celui du propriétaire, il correspond à une partie rendue indépendante. L'heure d'arrivée est fixée mais dire l'heure d'arrivée souhaitée pour voir si elle est possible.

Gambetta area, city center, beautiful 1930s Art Deco building, VERY VERY SMALL studio (9 m²), quiet and sunny. Very functional for 1 person despite its very small size. Small kitchenette, shower in the room and enclosed INSIDE toilet. Low height on the mezzanine: 160x200 mattress, shortcut on a corner. TV, WIFI, AIR CONDITIONING. A clean apartment at a very low price, nice balcony, simple amenities for easy-going people. Princes and princesses: move along.

Beautiful apartment on the Promenade des Anglais

By the sea, 10 minutes by bus from the the old town , train station and the Airport, the apartment is comfy, renovated whith tadte and fully equiped. Very sunny, it is located on the 1st floor and offers a fantastic view over the Baie des Anges. The accommodation suits to families, couples, business travelers and to big groups. The businesses are at the bottom of the building, bakery, tobacco, supermarket, post-office and self-service bike station.

You will stay in my fabulous apartment, on the Promenade des Anglais, facing the large blue, bright and completely renovated with taste in a beautiful building in Nice. The master suite, equipped with a queen size bed and its bathroom has a splendid sea view. The second bedroom equipped with a double bed faces the back, a bathroom completes it.
