Our place has beautiful river panoramas from terraces, 3 separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large living room and kitchen. In the yard you will find playground, BBQ and wood stove sauna. The house is very well insulated, so no air conditioning is needed during summer. We are 2 min walk from Kretinga center surrounded by trees and river birds. Palanga is 15 mi by car, bus stop (to Palanga/Klaipėda)is 2 mi walk

Viduje yra 2 lovos (dvigulė ir viengulė), patalpa kūrenama krosnele, tad jauku bus ir šaltesniu metų laiku. Viduje yra dujinė vyryklė, įrankiai, lėkštės ir kt. Teritorijoje yra tvarkingas lauko WC, laužavietė, grilius, hamakas, malkos, elektra lauke. Privatus takelis jūsų patogumui veda iki pat Minijos upės.

For the listing price you will get 2 domes & foldable swimming pool (swimming pool is open only during summer season). Sauna & hot tube is for the extra price.

Sheets and towels are provided. The patio has furniture and a grilling space. The house is located 20km from Palanga and 15km from Šventoji (the closest beach). There is a lake nearby (5min drive by gravel road). The closest store is 2,5 km away also by gravel road.
