It is a perfect place for those who like waking up with a song of birds and spending nights drinking wine by the fireplace and enjoying the crackling of the fire. The house is only 15 minutes away from the sea and the nearest beach, restaurant, post office and supermarket. It is 5 minutes driving from historical site Crkvice where you can walk, hike, climb and explore the old Austrian fortresses.

This is an old stone house remodeled as a cozy apartment in a small coastal village surrounded by the sea and yet very near old urban centers of Budva and Kotor. The apartment is of 85m2, with spacious bedroom and living room, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower cabin and laundry machine (as shown in the photos). The bedroom has one wooden double bed and a sofa bed. The living room has a sofa bed too.
