Peter Klepec's land leads you to stunning rapids and gorge of the Kolpa River. Jacuzzi is available for an additional fee of 20.00€, arranged directly with us. Pets are welcome for an extra charge of 5.00€ per night, payable upon arrival. We have equipped Villa Rozi to a 4* standard to provide you with the comfort of your home.

Obiskovalce navdušujejo številne možnosti za aktivno preživljanje prostega časa: kolesarjenje in pohodništvo, obisk pragozda Krokar, Kočevsko in Reško jezero, pa mogočni grad Kostel in razvaline Frihrihštajna s svojo zgodbo. Le streljaj stran navdušuje čarobna reka Kolpa, ki je znana po svoji čisti vodi, kopališčih, kotičkih za ribolov in ostalih vodnih aktivnostih.

Cottage Studeno is located in the forest of Kočevska region, near the road to Kolpa river. It is fully equipped with everything you might need. Perfect for bigger groups, families or couples getaways, artists or writers, nature lovers, wildlife enthusiasts, hikers, bicyclists, nature photographers... They are surrounded by picturesque hills, smal river and forests with educational paths ideal for interesting day trips. In the nearby is also a lovely park with mighty, 100-year-old trees. Only 50 m from our apartments is also spa center with many swimming pools, new fun center with water slides, saunas, massages ets. Apartments maln are in the building where was grinder more than 800 years.

The Glamping Happiness offers everything a guest may need to relax and get a bit of wellness at the property as it offers a shared natural pool and a paid sauna while having a great starting point for activities such as hiking, cycling, kayaking or visiting the nearby sports center. In the Shared guarden guests will find outdoor furniture for holding a picnic, lounging or even taking a dip in the natural pool. In the basement guests have access to an array of wine bottles to enjoy.
