The decor is fresh, young and comfortable! What began as "hey let's list part of our house on Airbnb", ended up in a full remodel and enlisting the assistance of a professional decorator to create a guest suite in the daylight basement that we now like better than our main house! The suite is spacious, comfortable and very private. From the private pathway to the private patio and the private entrance, and now including the private plunge pool just for your use!

This new master suite is large and has all the amenities that you will need. King-sized sleigh bed with new mattress. Comfortable loveseat dual recliners. Forty-three inch Smart TV articulates for viewing from recliner or bed. Refrigerator, Keurig machine with coffee, latte, teas and hot chocolate. There is a Mr. Coffee, microwave oven, toaster, coffee cups. You just might find blueberry muffins on your first morning. The 2nd bed is a rollaway w/ memory foam.

Private space w/ separate entrance in host’s basement. Quaint neighborhood, great for walking, running, and biking. Close to William Hastie trail head, part of urban wilderness trail system. Cute coffee shop short walk away.<2mi drive to Baker Creek &<5mi to downtown/UT. Pond w/ a deck for fishing/relaxing. Shared space (children live in home) w/kilter board climbing wall, in-ground trampoline, & hot tub. **guests may use activities at own risk**
