Peaceful cozy cottage with fishing and access to Fall and Tule Rivers, launch included. On private 375 acre family cattle ranch. We raise cows, pigs, ducks, and chickens. Winter snow, Spring animal babies every place you look, summer swimming, fishing, boating fire pit, star gazing, Fall Harvest, fresh fruits and vegetables to share, we process our gardens by canning, preserving, and cook cook cook. Complete with fiber internet and Air Conditioning, enjoy your stay. **There is one security camera covering the entrance to the house. There are no additional cameras on the property, nor are any inside.** **Note: The Wood Fireplace is not available for use due to insurance safety regulations.**

Small Cozy Cabin with great views of Shasta Lake. This small cabin can accommodate four. This cabin does allow pets with additional fees of $25 per pet. We also have larger cabins on Airbnb. UPDATE: Shasta Lake is experiencing severe drought and while there are still lots of cool things to do, the Lake on the Sac. Arm is currently experiencing low levels. We do have our dock in front of the resort. Still beautiful views!
