Just a couple of blocks from downtown Klamath Falls, and within walking distance to many great restaurants, local brewery/pubs, parks, museums, local boutiques and numerous hiking trails! This is a very unique property that is downtown, close to everything, but sits on a 1/2 acre, has tons of parking, and great views from almost every window!

Kitchen & BBQ are fully stocked and this well appointed living space is a perfect place to relax after a day outside or for remote work! Curl up by the fire in the evening or head out to town! This cottage is in the forest near Spring Creek for kayaking. Enjoy the dock from that is shared with our cabin next to the creek!

Only 57 mi from the majestic Crate Lake, 30 mi from the the pristine water at Wood River and close to five picturesque waterfalls. Communal areas include Indoor basketball, pickleball, and cornhole. Located on second floor. There is two units upstairs.

Alice's Cottage

Alice's Cottage rests hidden in the trees of Rocky Point, east of Lake of the Woods Resort and South of Crater Lake National Park. If you are looking for a summer getaway look no further. Complete with fiber internet and Air Conditioning, enjoy your stay. **There is one security camera covering the entrance to the house. There are no additional cameras on the property, nor are any inside.** **Note: The Wood Fireplace is not available for use due to insurance safety regulations.**

Private Basement Studio Hideaway

Basement studio is located near the hospital, Oregon Tech college campus, downtown and several restaurants. Build completed in January of 2022 by owners. There is a TV and strong Wi-Fi is available. You may hear footsteps from overhead walking as original hardwood is a bit creaky in spots. You get a jug of pre-filtered electrolyzed reduced hydrogen water in the fridge as well as pre-filtered water right from the kitchen tap and a pre-filter on the shower. Have questions? Ask me.

Intimate setting with access to sauna in backyard. Also my massage studio, so you will find my tools and supplies around. Queen Tempur- Pedic Murphy style bed. My hydraulic massage table is also available for sleeping or can convert into a recliner. Wifi, AC/heat, TV, stand up shower, simple kitchenette: mini fridge, microwave, French press, utensils etc. Free parking, a 150ft walk to house. Not handi-cap accommodating. Located between La Pine and Crescent in a very quiet and private neighborhood. The property sits on one acre and is easily accessible by a paved road. A fire pit is available for use (wood supplied). Come enjoy all Central Oregon has to offer: hiking, biking, fishing, hunting, skiing, you name it! Please contact me to discuss pets.
