Our spacious, newly renovated, cozy and clean 108 sq. m. apartment is in the central part of the city, in the old historical building that is surrounded by valuable historical houses in German architecture style. The apartment is located about 15-20 min walk from the old town, bus and train stations, 5 min from the entertainment park and bicycle tracks, 10 min from the shopping center. Melnrage beach is about 20 min walk through the forest or 5 min drive.

It is a small studio (20sq.m) on the 1nd floor with everything one can need to have a comfortable staying: a new double bed, a dining table and 2 chairs, a small kitchenette (micro-wave, fridge, electric stove, glassware, towels, electric kettle), a wardrobe, air cooler, a cozy bathroom with a shower, WC and washing machine. We are offering smart tv. Parking is 30 c/hour and 1.50 E for 10 hours. It is free from 8 AM till 8 PM.
