Light and airy one bedroom guest house

A lovely guest house in the garden of a family home, in a quiet residential area. A short drive to local spots such Clifton Village, the harbourside, both universities, Ashton Gate, Southmead Hospital and the BRI, the Balloon Fiesta, and Cribbs Causeway. Easy access to Bristol Airport. Perfect for a Monday to Friday stay or longer lets. Access is separate from the main house and there is ample free parking on the street. The garden is shared with the family - we have a very friendly dog.

You’ll love my place because our spacious, bright detached house is sorrounded by gardens and fields in a quiet neighbourhood, 15 minutes drive from the city centre. Near Blaise Castle with a wonderful view of the River Severn and the mountains of Wales. My house has two double bedrooms with a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a lounge with a sunny veranda. Will suit couples, business travellers, and families (with kids). The house is dog friendly, with lovely walks in woodland nearby.

The Cubby ‘Tincture Tailor’

Simple but cosy room at the side of the house, you will need to go out side to get to the indoor facilities approx 4 feet but there is a sink in the room. Very private/quiet room with own entrance. Radiator, desk, chair, single bed with fresh bedding and a smart TV. There is also a kettle for a cup of tea in the morning. There is a fan and electric heater in the room along with a radiator. Towels and dressing gown is provided for your comfort, to walk to and from the shower room.

Hello & welcome to our home! We offer one double bedroom to with a shared bathroom as well as other shared amenities such as kitchen / dining room and lounge. This location is great for the MOD, UWE, Southmead Hosp. and Airbus which are all within walking distance. It also offers access to Bristol City Centre (2 miles away) either by bus from Filton Avenue or Train from Filton Abbeywood both of which are around a 6 min walk to the nearest stop! A very light and airy lovely space - a new Simba standard double mattress which I believe is really comfortable. This is a peaceful location but very near to the Mall, the Wave and the Zoo and only 6 miles from town - a perfect nights sleep on a SIMBA mattress and supplied with large fluffy white towels and everything you need for a night away from home . We also have a new TV with iplayer and Netflix’s, new washing machine and a decent non stick frying pan.
